One tender draws on facts owned by five different teams.

Capacity from operations. Rates from pricing. Customs from trade compliance. Security from IT. Emissions from sustainability. Tribble answers shipper RFPs from what each team already approved, and sends only the new questions back to them.

One question, start to finish.

What happens to a single question when a shipper sustainability survey lands.

The question

Provide Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for the last reporting year, and describe your emissions reduction targets.

Example: shipper sustainability survey, owned by your sustainability lead

  1. 01

    It comes in

The survey arrives inside the RFP or through the shipper’s supplier portal. Tribble reads every question, including the multi-part ones.

  2. 02

    Tribble drafts it

It matches the question to your approved emissions disclosure and drafts the reply.

Sourceannual sustainability report. Owner: your sustainability lead.
  3. 03

    Only what’s new gets reviewed

The reduction targets changed this year, so that part goes to your sustainability lead with the change marked.

  4. 04

It goes back in their format

The answers go back into the shipper’s RFP, ready to submit.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can Tribble handle lane bids and rate sheets?

Tribble drafts the narrative and questionnaire parts of a tender from approved answers. Rates come from the schedules your pricing team approved, and anything new goes to pricing.

We run freight, warehousing and customs as separate businesses. Does that work?

Yes. Answers can be approved for one business or for the whole company, and each team only sees what it’s permitted to use.

How do we keep certifications current in every RFP?

Link the answer to the current certificate. When it renews, update the answer once and every new response uses it.

Does Tribble answer customer security questionnaires?

Yes. Security questions draw on your approved security documentation, and anything new goes to IT. Tribble itself is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

How is this different from last year’s RFP folder?

A folder holds last year’s answers. Tribble knows which ones are still current and who approved them, and sends anything it isn’t sure of to the right team.
